XDA Wins Brand Experience Stevie Awards
The XD Agency was named the winner of one gold and two silver Stevie Awards in The 16th Annual American Business Awards.
In the category of Best Brand Experience Event, The XD Agency earned top honors for Porsche x Rolling Stone Engine Notes. The event — a rock concert meets video shoot meets track show meets special event — successfully helped Porsche attract and engage a critical new audience segment. American Business Awards judges celebrated the Gold Stevie-winner for its “exceptionally creative thinking to represent the brand” and deemed it an “amazing integration of product and entertainment experiences.”
Cisco Live, an annual technology industry mega-event in its most critical year yet, was celebrated for its “exceptional creativity in messaging and delivery” and “top-tier integration of brand idea and audience experience.” By all measures, the program exceeded its objectives with regard to brand awareness, engagement, alignment, and purchase intent. And it was unforgettable, too. “You guys really know how to put on an engaging and entertaining show that generates audience excitement,” one judge noted.
The Don’t Even Trip Road Trip was a mobile pop-up shop and nationwide tour that centered on a truck customized to look like the titular drunk mad scientist from Adult Swim’s hit animated show “Rick and Morty.” The Rickmobile, as it was known, was called “fun, exciting, and unexpected.” It surpassed client goals and was extended time and again based on audience demand. One judge wrote, “You captured your fans’ enthusiasm and harnessed it. The results are impressive,” Another concluded, “Now that’s a brand experience for sure.”
More than 200 professionals worldwide participated in the judging process to select this year’s Stevie Award winners from a field of nearly 4,000 entrants. The complete list of Live Event winners can be seen here.
