The Samsung Galaxy Note8 is a big deal. Training nearly 100% of T-Mobile representatives across the U.S. to not only understand the product, but to enthusiastically rep the brand…That is colossal. The Learn to Earn program delivered an unprecedented training experience, catching the attention of 46,600+ employees nationwide, heightening product knowledge, and raising recommendation rates.
The two-week program included 15-minutes of custom interactive video content hosted by a ridiculously awkward “life coach” and his genius futuristic side-kick. The videos, styled to feel like a nostalgic trip back to the 90’s, were packed with relevant product information. The interactive content engaged users, while pop quizzes incentivized completion of the program. A national online leaderboard leveraged the power of the “rep” community to engage, encourage, and compete with each other. Each registered user had an avatar and personalized code. An ever-changing survey measured the success of the program and empowered Samsung to adjust the training program in real-time to maximize teaching.
