A mega reveal opening moment and 4-day mainstage experience in a fully immersive 12,000-person theater-in-the-round
Always highly anticipated within the IT community, this year’s 30,000-person event required a bold approach. To reveal Cisco’s revolutionary new initiative, the Network Intuitive, status quo wouldn’t cut it.
With a truly epic stadium-like in-the-round staging design, the opening moment featured dozens of kinetic glowing spheres and laser beams choreographed in time with a high impact opening video. The live audience engaged with the show via interconnected LED glowing medallions, evoking Cisco’s network of the future.
Following the new-age opening, the four days maintained momentum with informative, inspirational content by speakers such as Cisco CEO Chuck Robbins, Apple CEO Tim Cook, and acclaimed actor Bryan Cranston. The stage and content design empowered the speakers to make the most of the theater-in-the-round. Broadcast content was tailored for the at-home audience as the event was simulcast internationally online.
